Community Guidelines

Last Updated: July 20, 2026

These Community Guidelines explain the rules of Anifira in plain language. Because Anifira connects you directly to another user’s device using peer-to-peer (P2P) WebRTC technology, the platform functions as an unfiltered pool of adult strangers. By choosing to click connect, you give your explicit consent to enter this pool. These rules exist to keep our matching infrastructure safe, clear of illegal activity, and fair for everyone.

1. Who These Apply To

These guidelines apply to every single person using Anifira—whether as a guest or a registered account holder, from any country, on any device. By utilizing our matching service, you agree to follow these rules.

2. Non-Negotiable Rules — Immediate Permanent Ban

The following behaviors represent absolute abuse of our network infrastructure. They bypass all warnings and result in an immediate, permanent ban from the matching pool without right of appeal. Where technical logs permit, violations involving minors will result in reporting to relevant legal authorities.

2.1 Minor Exploitation & Abuse — Zero Tolerance

The exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited. You must never use this platform to transmit, request, or mention any content that sexually exploits or depicts minors, including AI-generated, drawn, simulated, or animated content.

  • Enforcement: While our servers do not intercept your live P2P video or text streams, verified reports or technical logs indicating minor exploitation will result in an immediate infrastructure-level ban.

2.2 Minors Are Prohibited From Using Anifira

Anifira is strictly an adults-only (18+) platform.

  • Adults who attempt to use our matching pool to contact, groom, or solicit a person who is or appears to be a minor will be permanently banned.
  • Minors attempting to bypass the age gate will have their session tokens terminated and their IP addresses banned.

2.3 Non-Consensual Intimate Material

Because Anifira is a P2P service, text, images, and video feeds travel directly between browsers without server-side filtering or automated blurring.

  • You must never broadcast, stream, or transmit intimate or sexual media to a matched partner without their verbal or textual consent.
  • Broadcasting explicit content to users who have not explicitly agreed to it in your current session will result in an immediate permanent ban.

2.4 Credible Threats of Violence

Making credible threats of violence, promoting terrorism, or threatening harm against any individual, group, or institution via text, audio, or video is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited Behaviors & Network Abuse

The following behaviors are serious violations of our ecosystem and will result in infrastructure-level enforcement, ranging from temporary matching suspensions to permanent IP bans:

  • Harassment and Hate Speech: Targeting, degrading, or systematically insulting another user. Discriminating against or harassing users based on their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Recording Without Consent: Capturing, screenshots, recording, or publishing another user’s face, video feed, audio, or text messages without their clear, explicit permission.
  • Spam, Commercial Misuse, and Bots: Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to auto-skip, farm connections, or flood the matching pool. Using the text chat to broadcast advertisements, phishing links, malware, or commercial third-party services.
  • Platform Evasion: Attempting to bypass a matching ban by altering device identifiers, rotating IPs solely to disrupt the network, or submitting fraudulent or malicious reports against innocent users in bad faith.

4. The P2P Reality: Respect & Autonomy

Anifira gives you complete freedom to match with people globally, but that freedom requires mutual respect. Because the connection is direct and unmoderated by a central server, you must exercise personal discretion:

  • The Right to Disconnect: You never owe a stranger a conversation. If you feel uncomfortable, encounter someone acting inappropriately, or simply don’t want to talk, use the “Skip” or “Disconnect” button immediately.
  • Respect a Skip: If a matched user chooses to disconnect from you, accept it. Do not attempt to manipulate network routing or match-seeking behavior to find them again.
  • No Demands for Information: Do not bully, pressure, or coerce another user into revealing their real name, social media handles, physical location, or private information.

5. Reporting and Enforcement System

Because Anifira operates on a decentralized WebRTC architecture, our servers do not log, see, or store your text messages or video streams. Therefore, our moderation team relies heavily on user reporting and structural network metadata to keep the platform clean.

5.1 How to Submit a Report

If you encounter a user violating Section 2 or 3, click the Report button during or immediately after the session. Select the appropriate category (e.g., suspected minor, unsolicited explicit content, harassment, bot/spam).

5.2 How Reports Are Processed

Our trust and safety team reviews text-based user reports alongside network session flags (such as connection duration, rapid skip rates, and matching frequency logs).

  • Warnings & Suspensions: For behavioral issues (spam, mild harassment), users receive an initial warning or a temporary block from entering the matching pool.
  • Permanent Bans: Repeated behavioral offenses or single severe violations (Section 2) result in a permanent ban of the user’s infrastructure identifiers and IP routing.
  • Malicious Reporting: Users who coordinate or submit fake reports to intentionally disrupt the matching system for others will face immediate suspension.

6. Personal Safety Advice

  • Protect Your Privacy: Do not show your face alongside identifying documents, house numbers, or employment uniforms. Never share your bank details, address, or phone number with a stranger.
  • Anifira Is Not a Crisis Service: If you are experiencing a personal emergency or believe someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency response services (911, 112, 999, etc.). Our platform operates on anonymous routing and cannot dispatch emergency personnel.

7. Changes to These Guidelines

We may adjust these Community Guidelines as our platform and P2P infrastructure evolve. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes complete acceptance of the revised rules.
